The manager Brandon and his team made sure I was satisfied with my order and gave great customer service

We've been waiting for 2 hours for a large cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. I'm trying not to cancel because the Doordash person is waiting. I was told they were short staffed which I get and was told my pizza was in the oven but they couldn't provide a time frame that it would be done. If it wasn't a dasher I would cancel the order. The young lady was rude and short when I called.

Thieves! They think by stealing from people’s accounts will make them wealthy. I cancelled an order a minute after I ordered. And they claimed they had started working on it. So therefore they won’t issue a refund. It’s bad for you that you stole from someone like me. You might go free with others and not with me.

Today was my first time EVER ordering a pizza from here. The Works with the garlic stuffed crust that they highly advertise on their website. I placed the order at 4:45 to be picked up by 6:15. I get there at 6:30. The pizza is nowhere to be found. The very young girl says very nonchalantly, it 's gonna be a minute. They have to make it . One and done!! Never again Papa John 's. Service to these places now is HORRIBLE!!!!!
