Panera Bread Cafe 1988 - Austell

I love Panera, but the staff at this location always seems to have a bad attitude for no reason every time I visit, and I am fed up with it. I was polite throughout my visit, but even after requesting extra cheese for my soup multiple times, there was still no cheese in the French onion soup. They claimed they added extra cheese, but it was clear they did not even make an effort. I cannot stand lazy people with such bad attitudes. It's frustrating to be lied to by rude individuals. It may not seem like a big deal, but I was really looking forward to my meal, and all I received was broth and onions. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience.

I have been giving this restaurant a chance for the past 5 years, but I have finally reached my limit. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 grilled cheese for a total of $35. The service has improved slightly and they are faster, earning them 2 stars. However, I expect better quality for the price. The grilled cheese was not toasted, just warm, and the spicy chicken sandwich was not actually spicy. Everything was soggy and disappointing, especially considering the high prices (over $11 for each item). I would rather go to Popeyes at this point, as the flavor does not justify the high cost at Panera Bread. This will be my last visit to any Panera Bread location. I do not see them improving or understand why anyone would want to return.

I had a terrible experience with the curbside service at this restaurant and will not be coming back to any location. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:05, but I didn't receive it until 1:30 when I had to go inside myself. The team members were unhelpful until it was too late. There always seems to be some issue here.

I left there after having a bad experience. Just went back today and the put the soup in the bag side ways and it spilled all over the floor when I removed it from the bag. Also, I ordered extra sauce on my sandwich and it has so much sauce that I can even eat the bread. They need new management.

Need a star to post, not for restaurant. This place is NASTY. Stepping around things all over the floor, mm mm. No service in ‘customer service’, just another ‘customer’ inputting your order. Only went here because my first choice was unexpectedly closed. Other ‘customer’ at the front counter was extremely unhelpful and didn’t want to be there, obviously. I’ve visited several locations in different states and this one is the worst. Sandwich also had extremely old greens in them, didn’t eat it. Waste of $15 for soup, chips, and drink. Won’t be back. Gross.
