The taste and quality of the food were awesome. The service was acceptable, but could be better. Serving sauce and dip in plastic containers was tasteless. They could choose more beautiful dishes and cutlery. The price is reasonable.

This is a composite of two reviews my own, and my wife 's after a recent lunch. She ordered a hamburger, and was unimpressed. The meat patty was tasty, but too thick to eat comftably in the bun, and the bun was too soft, shredding and disintegrating to a mess on her plate. She gave the meal a 2 .I had the steak on a bun, and it was delicious. Thick, tender, prepared exactly as requested, and very good portion size. I gave it a 5 .Service was excellent; attentive without being intrusive.Prices were quite reasonable.The atmosphere didn 't live up to our expectations given some of the other reviews here. Some of the furnishings, including the tables and bar, have been upgraded, but with a very light tone and harsh, angular surfaces. Along with the bright lighting, and the new bar which isn 't really a bar any more, lacking the customary array of liquors etc., the overall effect was sterile and unwelcoming at least at lunchtime.So all things considered, one quite good meal, one not so much, excellent service, and relatively harsh and unfriendly furnishings/atmosphere.Overall a 3 , so it 's unlikely we 'll be rushing back. Which is too bad.

Rob is amazing and has a fantastic vision for service, entertainment and food. The diverse food and drink menu has something for everyone. There are many huge TVs for watching the Leafs games. Independently owned by a good human. It’s a no brainer to support this place.

We visited New Year eve, after my daughter had visited with her hockey team and really enjoyed the food and the speed of the service for their large group.We had originally booked a reservation for a party of 9 despite a late call to adjust the reservation to sixteen the owners were very accommodating.The food was good, staff very friendly. There were a few hiccups along the way with the change in our party size and the staffing on New Years, that said the owner and wait staff did their best to accommodate our requests.If you like Martinis the owner mixes and excellent dirty Martini, my wife really enjoyed hers, said it was the best she had had in ages.This establishment works hard to please their patrons, the owner cares about the quality of the food and service, definitely a place to visit if you’re in the area and want to enjoy good food and a great Martini.

Saturday night had a live band. They were quite good. The live music made talking hard, but that was a given.The food was tasty, and portions were acceptable.
