Very good breakfast and brunch choices and free substitutions offered as I didn't want potatoes Service was friendly and prompt

My wife took me to Subset Grill for breakfast on Fathers-day . We arrived about 10 am , the place as you expect was packed to over flowing . We lined up for a table and were seated within a short time , probably less than 10 minutes . Our server came right away and within a few moments I had a coffee it was a decent coffee too , nothing spectacular just good hot coffee We were prompted to order a short time later , just eggs and pancakes . The eggs came as ordered over easy and scrambled for my wife. The pancakes were perfectly cooked as well . They even had real maple syrup . The bill came to about $25 with tip . It was obvious this restaurant was well prepared for a busy Fathers-day crowd . The service was extremely professional though I suspect our waitress was only about 16 or 17 . The food was served as ordered and hot . This was not haute cuisine but it was professionally done and this Father left a happy man . I was tempted to give it 5 stars . Very recommended ..

The restaurant was bright and the service acceptable. The location in a reasonably sized plaza with lots of parking was good. The food was acceptable but there are better places for this type of fare.

Nice selection on menu,prompt friendly service and good food. Had a light breakfast with fruit,was just perfect. Hot coffee with extra top ups included. Nice clean restaurant with plenty of tables.

Food here is average at best. However kind of like McDonald's you know what you will get. Portion sizes are average as well. Service can be slow and servers are often inattentive.
