Subway - Aurora

Walked in, zero smiles or friendliness. Noticed both workers seemed in their own world. Too slow making the subs. Workedr did not seem interested to try a little harder to work more efficiently and quicker. The veggies were a mess, cutting board was disgusting. Food everywhere around the veggie trays. It looked like a mouse came in and was eating all the veggies on the counters. I also didn't think the veggies looked/tasted fresh.

Befin is a real asset to this restaurant. Very accommodating and friendly. Just Came to grab a quick sub before doing yard work in the hot sun, the young brunette girl working was an absolute sweetheart. I was taken back by the friendliness since I feel like customer service has been lacking in the service industry. I had the great Canadian sub, which was great. Mainly wanted to leave a review for the service. Kindness goes a long way.The food is always consistent and fresh.Will recommend this location.

Staff was very unwelcoming and all 6 tables were disgusting. Lady serving was super upset over the fact that I was reading the menu and took a minute to order. Go eat somewhere else.

Usually this place is amazing if the younger blonde/ginger girl is working but when the two Asian girls or the girl named Brooke I think, they hide in the back and make people scream out for help to get food, they make faces and talk smack about customers infront of them, completely disrespectful and ruins the entire experience in this store.
