Baskin-robbins - Aurora

Around 6:20 pm my brother bought a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was disappointing, as it was filled halfway. When am I paying 7 something dollars for something so little. Sad part is it wasn’t busy at all, it seems like she wanted us out quickly. The customer service was abysmal and not worth it im sorry but this was sad. Thank you

Ordered a regular sized milkshake just to get it filled up halfway, all for 8$. Amazing

Alright visit. Adequate customer service and average sized scoops. Nothing stand out about the visit but it was okay. Also nothing to complain about. Convenient.

This location serves very small portions compared to the other locations but charges the same amount that one would pay at the other locations. We raised this concern but were told “different locations, different policies “, so in fact they charge costumers more amount of money by serving smaller portions. Not recommended at all, wish I could assign a zero star.
