Longhorn Steakhouse - Augusta

I have been here several times in the past, have also made the mobile order. My family made a mobile order yesterday and literally everything was PERFECT! Delicious, fresh Caesar salad, Parmesan crusty chicken and loaded baked potato. They contained all cutlery, butter, dressing and toppings for the potatoes. I would recommend 100%.

There were people out there waiting to sit, so we chose a high table in the bar area (no waiting). Our server Drew/bartender was attentive to our needs and our order was perfect. The manager came over to check us out. The asparagus was seasoned and cooked exactly. None of us could finish the big juicy Outlaw Steak!

Had a great evening in LongHorns in her Augusta location. It was not to wait to sit and serve. We were immediately greeted by the waitress for drinks and offered free bread and butter. For appetizers we tried the spicy chicken bites, and the white cheddar filled mushrooms. Both were delicious: the chicken bites were juicy and crispy, and paired with a delicious spicy sauce, and the mushrooms were savory and tender and embroidered with delicious creamy cheese. For Entrees I and my friend ironically both decided not to order Steak, but both of our dishes were still great. I have the chicken fingers while my friend got the pork chops and asked brown engraving to surpass them. The offers were delicious, juicy meat and fried for perfection. I tried some of my friends porkchop and that was also delicious: juicy, smokey, delicate porkchops and a beautiful rich engraving to lubricate them. The pages were also great. For dessert we shared the strawberries and cream button. Simple but great dessert, the ingredients balanced each other, and it was not excessively sweet, as the added tartness of strawberries helped to round it. Great food and great customer service will definitely come back.

The worst service and food were just as bad. After waiting to sit for 57 minutes, I expected a pleasant meal with good service. Once we have set ourselves, the server has taken our order for appetizers and drinks. After we had not seen him for 15 to twenty minutes, we asked another server. Our server came out and said the machine was broken, why he wasn't back.(what machine?? Finally he brought out the salad, but we had to wait 10 minutes for utensils! Then another server with the appetizers shined it on the table and spilled the sauce. He apologized and brought another sauce, but he didn't clean up the mess! It was not better!!! The worst experience ever!!! Normally I like Longhorn, it just seemed like nobody wanted to work on Saturday! I don't have the wait, but bad service and bad food is a big no for me!

My husband and I took our 2 grandsons out for dinner. No wait. A very pleasant waiter. All the food was enjoyed except for my steak. I don't think they like people ordering well done. It was terrible. The dog enjoyed it though.
