Krispy Kreme - Augusta

I’m not sure how a restaurant can stay open 24 hours and not have half of their donuts available. I placed an online order for a dozen, and it would have been nice to receive a courteous call informing me of what was unavailable. Instead, I drove all the way there only to find that they didn’t have half of my order. It was quite frustrating!

Specially donuts are $1,89 each. Ouch. Chocolate crème filled are the best for me.

Fast service at drive thru at 7am. Donuts were hot and fresh and delicious! Perfect!

The online order was great. When I went to pickup my assorted donuts they were out of slot of donuts, so I couldn't get the donuts I was. And they gave me what they had.

Every time I visit this restaurant, there's an issue with the staff at the window not paying attention to orders. When we try to correct them, they claim we didn't say what we actually did. This happened with Kim, who mixed up our order and then blamed the car in front of us for it, getting upset with that person unfairly. She also gave us the wrong drinks and insisted we hadn't asked for one of them hot, even though we did. I'm consistently disappointed.
