Janwiches - Augusta

I’ve only tried a few items here and only door dash but I’m from NY and their breakfast sandwiches are the closest I’ve found to back home. The food I’ve tried so far has been great and nothing beats a independently owned restaurant which the area unfortunately is lacking.

My co worker picked up my food since I’m not able to leave the office for work. I ordered the cheeseburger and as you can see, it was raw on the inside. This is the second time I’ve tried this restaurant, with both experiences being bad.

This place was one we just happened to discover today on our way to hike at a state park. The sandwich was great, but didn 't give them a 5 star for 2 reasons. #1, they are grumpy...seemed bothered that we were there. #2, the fruit cup has small tart green grapes that are on their way out. (Going bad). Not cool. Green gapes to me does not count as a fruit cup.

Weirdly I would consider myself a “club sandwich” connoisseur.. this is how it should be made!! Best club sandwich I’ve had in 25 years. Great sweet tea too. Definitely will be back!

Stay clear, poor customer service. Employees are on their cell phones with gloves, then prepare food with the same gloves. No hand washing. Ignore the customers overall nasty, co worker had a ball of hair on his sandwich. Go somewhere else. Prices are too high for the sandwich
