Groucho's Deli - Augusta

Stopped in today for lunch on a quiet Saturday downtown. Our food came out really fast and was so yummy. Service was great, everyone was so nice. Our sandwiches were perfect and it was quiet and clean in the restaurant. We will definitely be back to try out more sandwiches. Also the menu is huge! They have salads, sandwiches, pitas, all kinds of cool stuff. 10/10

Are lunch here one day as it was near the job location. Typical looking deli place with a counter and regular booths.I got the pastrami sandwich with house chips. I ordered double meat. Good thing because double meat looked like regular meat to me. It was good though. Unfortunately they didn't have any of their famous potato salad.Service was spot on.Nice place to get a tasty sandwich for lunch.

The food is always freshly prepared. The portions are perfect and the staff is always accommodating. My favorite deli, hands down.

Had called in. Who ever fixed my order mess the entire order up. I paid extra for a few items didn't get any of them. They didn't even bother to cut my meat up in my salad had whole stack of deli slices of meat. Darn near a huge block of cheese. I had to cut myself. Will never try again. Spent a lot of money. I'm pissed? didn't put anything but meat on my kid club. This is ridiculous

I enjoyed my meal here, and I must compliment their staff member on how things were handled when a mistake was made. I had asked for additional veggies on my sandwich, and they were missing from the order. So, I asked for them on the side, and the employee working the counter was gracious and immediately corrected the situation. She was polite and friendly when taking my order, and I also saw her checking on people in the dining area to see if they were enjoying their meals and if they needed anything. Expect a higher price point than you would find at some other chain restaurant shops in the area, but you get what you pay for. The service was superior, and the quality of the food was as well. I had a vegetarian sandwich, and the vegetables all were fresh, the chips were some of the best I have had, the iced tea had a good flavor, and the blondie I had for dessert tasted freshly-baked that day, which is more than I can say for some of the coffee shops in the area. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. I can recommend this restaurant, and think it would be a pleasant place for families to dine, with a wide selection of sandwiches. Bravo to good management! If you look at some of the other comments, it is evident they are paying attention to their quality of service, presentation, and ingredient sourcing.
