Ephesus Greek Turkish - Augusta

We're regulars, but the food just seems to get better every time we go. Even though he had a full house and his server called out Tuesday night, Ty handled the crowd magnificently and the kitchen was on top of everything.

Having lived in Izmir, Turkey years ago, I was looking for a specific dish. The eskender was on point and amazing!!

Wonderful restaurant! Relaxing atmosphere and music! Did not feel like I was in Augusta. We shared eggplant salad and the cigar pies, delicious! We both ordered the Gyro platter and it was wonderful. Only thing is we stuffed ourselves. Of course we had room for some tea and bakalava. Probably the best bakalava I have had. Planning on going back New Years! Will have to try the hummus this time!

As awesome as we'd heard it was! The food was delicious (best hummus, grape leaves, babaganoush and baklava we've ever had), the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere charming and pristine. We will definitely return, especially when they start serving wine and beer on March 10. Excellent!!

Excellent food... Hummus and the falafel was great. Certainly a return is in order.
