Dairy Queen - Augusta

Absolutely amazing! I walked in to grab a Dairy Queen cone, with 50s music playing in the background, clean bathrooms, and even some slot machines. The girl working behind the counter really knows how to make a delicious Dairy Queen cone.

I have consistently had a negative experience at this restaurant. They always make mistakes and expect YOU to go out of your way to correct them. Despite its convenience, I will not be returning to this location. It's simply not worth it. I recommend trying other locations for better service, food, and overall satisfaction.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is terrible. The last few times I have tried, no one has answered at the speaker, causing me to eventually drive off. There have been multiple cars behind me in line, but everyone ends up leaving. It's best to avoid coming here at 6 o'clock because you will not receive any service.

Stable staffing is always a positive quality and several employees have been here a while. Fairly quick service and good quality and taste. Other DQs have chocolate softserve but this one does not.

Worst customer service. The last two times I have went I have dealt with some of the worst customer service ever. The management is no better and they do not conduct business accordingly. They got my order wrong and when I told them, they blamedme for the cashier not getting my order correct. I will not go back again. I will spend my money where it is appreciated.
