Cook Out - Augusta

This is by far the worst Cookout in the CSRA. I just spent an entire hour in the drive-thru, and our order was wrong. They told us to pull aside and wait for the rest of our order after we pointed out their mistakes, which included more than half of what we ordered. I ended up waiting 20 more minutes just to get two orders of chili cheese fries. When I went to the door to ask about my food, it was unlocked. They initially tried to tell me they were closed, but I told them I wanted to get my food. They then handed it to me immediately, which indicated that they had completed part of my order but had no intention of bringing it out. My orders are always incorrect here, and it takes 30-45 minutes to receive food — only to find out it's wrong. I ordered a big double burger with everything, but this cook is terrible. Honestly, you should go anywhere on Peach Orchard besides here. The employees seem too busy chatting and joking around to actually do their jobs. While I was waiting for my meal, I noticed a man sitting at the front who didn't even attempt to serve us our food.

Large fresh burger with good torf and variety. they have a cheerwine float and they are very generous with the ice, they can make almost a shake out of it until end, no soda left.

Terrible place to eat I would not recommend!!! I waited in line forever and then when I got to the window my order was wrong plus on top of it my food was old and cold!!! Definitely a waste of time and money!!!

I can’t say I would choose to visit this restaurant again. It's evident that the owners don’t pay attention to negative feedback or seem to care, which is why I'm sharing my experience.

The burger was mixed in with the wrap, and one of the changing taco mixes had a terrible smell. This place used to be really good two years ago; what happened? The customer service seems to be lacking as well.
