Chipotle Mexican Grill - Augusta

I had a fantastic experience on Sunday after church when we came here for lunch. The staff was incredibly friendly; a young woman even paused her work behind the counter to check on me when she noticed I was having an emotional conversation at our table and started crying. We were seated in front, and I was really moved by her kindness. The service was courteous, the food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. This has always been the case every time we've visited. Keep up the great work!

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. They cook everything right in front of you, allowing you to customize your meal by choosing your preferred ingredients. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the beef was great too.

I also ordered lemonade, only to find out that the machine was broken, so I had to settle for sweet tea instead. That ended up being alright, but I wish I had double-checked my order before making that choice. It also seemed like the restaurant mixed old, stale chips with newer ones, which was very unappetizing. Overall, I don't think I'll return to this restaurant; I'd rather find somewhere else where I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

Update: Whoever prepared my pick-up bowl today (9/21/22)... did exactly that!!!!! That's the balanced shell I've ever had. The bowl is exactly what was ordered. I'll give you 5 stars! Thank you! What I ordered from what I have. No brown rice, no black beans. I really get tired of food orders in this area not right. The second time!!

A lady at work let me taste some of hers and i have been at chipotle almost every week since!! It was a simple veggie bowl lettuce, pinto beans, guacamole and sour cream and white rice. Its a light meal for my night shift.
