I am not one to typically leave reviews, but I had to share my experience from yesterday. It was absolutely amazing. The food was served hot and fresh, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful, despite being quite busy. I was really impressed.
I didn't have any issues with my meal, but my friend had to wait 35 minutes for hers. Everyone else who ordered after her got their food quickly. She had to inquire about her order. When she finally received it, everything was incorrect. However, the food was still good as usual and the service was friendly.
That was the worst dining experience we've ever had. The guy taking our order messed up our simple sandwich requests and added ingredients we didn't ask for. When our order arrived, they forgot most of the things we had requested and changed some of the special items we had ordered. When we went back to order a milkshake, they gave us a vanilla one even though they called out a different name. This mix-up also happened with another customer's order, as they received the wrong flavor. The service was very disappointing and their accuracy with orders was poor.
Glad they are open again with the bigger, better establishment. Service might need a little more training, they forgot my mac n cheese
