Auntie Anne's - Augusta

The restaurant is located in the shopping center and is popular for its tasty food. It tends to get crowded on weekends, with long lines, so it's best to arrive early. There is a separate kiosk nearby that also gets busy. The staff provide service for Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and The Smoothie Place, so be prepared to wait. I arrived early to avoid the crowds but still had to wait in line to order Cinnabon. Some employees wore masks under their chin, which seemed unnecessary. The pretzels were a bit pricey, but I found them to be worth it. The different flavors of pretzels were tasty, especially the cinnamon sugar. The salsa cheese dip was a nice change from the usual cheese dip. My advice is to arrive early to avoid the crowds, and remember to adhere to COVID guidelines by wearing a mask.

Neda was extremely professional and friendly. I was impressed by the excellent customer service at this restaurant. The dishes were consistently served hot and fresh.
