Went to have dinner and celebrate my husband's birthday and told the hostess it was his birthday where she told me not to worry she'll let the waitress know. Well they never sang she brought the check where I paid and waited for like 15 minutes or more to see of they would sing and nobody came. My husband didn't even notice obviously but I did and it was very disappointing because today was the only day we would spend with him as family to sing to him. Thank you for my bad experience.Parking: No parking available at all we waited over 15 minutes to wait for someone to come out so we can park.

The location in Gainsville, amazing food seasoned and cooked perfectly. Athens,though our waiter was great. Didn 't care for the Coyote Ugle line dancing next to our table,distracting and unnecessary. Most of the time,most looked like they didn 't care to do it. The steak was cooked to perfection but lacked seasoning. The green beans were oily and flavor strange. The broccoli was way undercooked. I will opt for a different location and will return to the Gainsville location.

It’s an okay restaurant. I wasn’t too impressed with their food options, but way better than the Outback, of course. However, I prefer Longhorn, but that’s just my opinion. Here’s why: the loaded baked potato was very dry, with a sprinkle of bacon bits, and one teaspoon of sour cream, my son requested a medium steak and received a rare, I requested medium rare and got medium well done, the shrimps were overcooked and way too salty, the “fresh” vegetables were frozen ones defrosted (the taste tells everything), and so much more. The waiter was amazing which made it all worth it of 4 stars.Kid-friendliness: Has a good choice on the kids menu.

My review is a little late but we ate here on Feb 18 of this year. The wait was about 30 minutes and the service was super slow and they were not doing a good job of cleaning the floors (see pic of someone sitting beside us). The food was really subpar for the price and the wait even after being seated was too long. They appeared to be understaffed and unorganized.That being said one of us wanted steak so we took a chance on this location. Highly unlikely we will ever go back.Appetizers:Blooming onion. 5/5Free bread apparently the bread was in high demand this night. Everyone around us was complaining about the length of time you had to wait for bread. It took us about 20 minutes to get bread. The food was great, however our waitress was horrible. There were 6 tables that had rolls sat down it took over 20 minutes for us to get rolls and each time we were told they are coming in another 10 to 15 minutes. Never had refills of our drinks and our waitress was more concerned about line dancing than waitressing. I have never been so dissatisfied with service like this before. Great job to other waitresses that were at their tables and the cooks for makes delicious food.
