The Foundry - Athens

The Foundry is AMAZING! The only issue right now is that it's only open for events or UGA home games. Still, it's an amazing place to go. It's located at the Hotel, The Graduate and they have the most amazing rooms, suites and, well, history. I'll leave that to you to research because that's half the fun. Staying here is worth the coin, I will warn you though, it's a bit difficult to find the driveway. GPS WILL take you the wrong way. Both Android and Apple. It's just at the end of Dougherty St at the light, when you take that left, take an IMMEDIATE left BEFORE the road splits. There's a TINY turn lane there that you'll probably miss the first time. I had never been to this location before, but it was awesome. I love historic buildings and this venue was beautiful. I would like to try the full menu of food as it looked really good. I would recommend passing on food if they say consessions food only. The actually stage and venue is really cool and offers a dynamic seating area.

My first visit Great venue for an intimate show! Friendly staff and great bartenders! Loved the balcony view but chose the floor SRO, to party harder!! Mother's Finest rocks!! Thanks Foundry! Just work on more parking, when possible. That was the only negative thing about the evening, but will still return.

Fantastic venue! Not a bad seat in the house. Staff was attentive, food was very tasty. Sound system makes this a perfect venue. I can't wait to go back. Prices were very competitive. There are 3 levels and a outdoor patio (smoking allowed) with tables and service. We could still hear see the musical act on stage. Dog friendly.

The Foundry has been here for a really time, I was told many times while visiting this past weekend. The family had balcony seats for the show and what a great view! I can’t wait to come back again soon!
