Delicious cheese, great drinks, friendly attentive wait staff, what more could you want?

Didn 't have food, drinks only in wine area. However, gave a food rating score because there was no option didn 't order food .

The new menu is very good. We had the fish and the steak and also the tomato salad. The steak tartare as a starter was the best I've had.

Service is outstanding, the food is amazing and an interesting wine list to match. I tried a wine I had never heard of before and it was a winner. Perfect way to spend on afternoon, sipping wine and grazing on some amazing food.

We loved dining at the Local Larder for my mums 21st! The food was delicious the drinks were divine. We were impressed with the spirit selection, especially the gins, available for those who do not drink wine. However, we both found the outside seating slightly uncomfortable, awkward and a bit close to other patrons. The setting is beautiful though and we understand finding aesthetic yet comfy seating could pose challenging. Aside from this, James and Stefanie definitely know their stuff we will be back!
