The V And Brewery - Ashburn

That was my first and last experience at this restaurant. We had reservations for brunch on Mother's Day at 12:45. When we arrived, we were seated but no one came to take our orders, not even to bring us drinks. My young niece and nephew, both under 8 years old, were also with us. We asked other servers for help and they kept saying our server would be with us soon. People who arrived after us were seated and served before us. By 2:00, we decided to leave because it shouldn't take an hour to get drinks for a party of 5. We informed the hostess that we had not been served, but all she said was "I'm sorry." This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Apparently restaurant was overwhelmed with mother's day brunch crowd. Ran off the glasses, turn food on menu to french when running out of French toast. Very disappointed.

I'm here several times with my family. It is relatively new and surprisingly not very crowded even during peak times. It is a spacious restaurant with 2 bars and many terrace seats. We enjoyed the food and found the prices appropriately. The service is friendly. The only grip we had is that the service seems somewhat deorganized at times - e.g. we arrived on Sunday for the Mother's Day at 10 a.m., but had to wait about 10 minutes after we opened the staff to set up an outside table for us. (This can only be because the waiting staff is quite young and the restaurant is new, so they are not 100% at speed).

That was the worse restaurant I've ever eaten. The humus wasn't even real. It tasted like it was made with a powder mix. It had no taste either. The Calamari has been presented, but also delicious Blande. The beer was the only thing that tasted good.

The food is always consistent and pretty good. BUT, the service is horrible every visit. On every single occasion there has been a error with our bar order and/or our food order and the wait staff is VERY slow to check on you. This past visit we waited 20 minutes for a to-go box and our check and we NEVER saw a manager....
