Bidrage med feedbackI was told that I should use the kiosks to order , despite no one being in store. I didn’t feel welcome at all like they wanted me out of there and I was a nuisance. I got my order and left will think twice of going here again.
Decide is very bad. Specially, the front desk did do very rude talking with me all the customer given them zero star. If there is zero star, I can give them one star it means zero I don’t want to come next time this site they are so rude. Bye forever.
Cool morning and time for a nice hot cup of de-caffeinated coffee and double chocolate donuts. Drive thru line long but in store quick service. Enjoyed our breakfast inside before heading home. Lots of employees so all lines in and outside served quickly.
Really disappointed in the treatment we received here. I usually come here a couple times a week and spend no less than $10 every time. Sent my husband out to pick up an order I made on the app and he came back home to tell me that the manager was yelling “this is a coffee shop not a sandwich shop” while making our order. Maybe the manager should do more research about the franchise she works for because the menu includes many food items. This is not the first time they have made a comment about the number of items in my order. Dunkin corporate should know that customers are being discouraged from ordering food and are possibly losing revenue due to this. I don’t understand why we should feel bad for getting items that we pay for. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here and having my food handled by angry workers so I will reduce my multiple visits to 0. Aside from this too, the guy at the drive thru window often has filthy finger nails and is handling the donuts. He also has made a comment before that I had too many items for one person which is unacceptable to say to a paying customer who is always nice and loyal to this location. The younger staff seem to be much nicer and they deserve better leadership rather than the raging manager.
READ THE REVIEWS!Horrible service, ordered four items and all were wrong. This shop won’t answer the phone either. Take your business elsewhere, you could get better breakfast sandwiches in the frozen section of Harris Teeter.
