Northshore Harbour Cafe - Ascot

My intention was to rent some catamarans for a weekly event.

Wanted to rent a cat from here to sail around a bit but the restrictions on where you can go mean you may as well rent a surfboard and paddle there.

Lovely setting with relaxed feel. Great place to have something to eat at the end of the line on the citycat. Personally thought the calamari was too salty but the pumkin salad was really nice. Would definitely eat there again.

No a great variety of choice , in terms of the menu (have a look). But great location, service, and the food is great (with great presentation too)

We happened to come to this place as we were waiting for the ferry. A friend of mine and I ordered some coffees to start with at the counter and waited. I saw some coffees sitting at the counter for a long while and also saw how the staff would pass by the counter and not even touch the coffees. I went there and asked if those coffees were ours and the lady said oh yeah yeah I will bring them to you after a while of being at the counter and the place was not busy at all to excuse this. The food was good, My friends ordered the schnitzel which I thought it was very tasty and it went well with the apple sauce and the salad. There was a barramundi special on the board and I ordered this. A piece of salmon came to the table instead which I had had the day before and I was not very happy to have it again. I didn't have much time to wait for another meal to come so I ate it. I was not very happy about these two things as the place was not busy at all and there were quite a few people working there.
