This cafe is waaayyy over price, and they are cash only. Workers are friendly enough. Fried food tastes like old oil.
Just Soy Cafe offers a selection of Asian desserts such as soy custard, pearl barley, grass jelly, and shaved ice (frappe).
I must say I try to sample diverse Asian cuisines, and yet I've never seen anything like this small dessert place.
