Arana Court Chinese - ARANA HILLS

I've visited this restaurant five times, and I’ve never been disappointed with the food. It's definitely one of the best Chinese meals I've experienced in Brisbane, and the honey chicken is a personal favorite.

In my view, this spot is Brisbane's best-kept secret. The Chinese food here is incredibly authentic, and the service is excellent, complemented by a solid selection of wines. If you enjoy a bit of heat, don’t forget to request their homemade chili paste on the side. My personal favorite dish is the steak and black bean stir-fry, and I highly recommend trying the combination short and long soup as well. I've been a regular for several years and will certainly be coming back.

We have been coming to Arana Court for over 20 years but moved away and then moved back to the area recently. Even when we lived half an hour's drive away, we often got the urge to come and have a meal at Clarence's! It had been a few years since our last visit, but as we have just moved back into the area, we were keen to come again. When I rang to book, I asked if Clarence was still here ... On hearing that he has retired and Arana Court is now in the hands of his daughter and son in law, I wasn't sure if it would be as good. What a fantastic surprise the food is every bit as good if not better than it used to be!!! Will definitely be coming back! Try it you won't be disappointed! :

Best Chinese in the neighbourhood. I judge a Chinese restaurant by its black bean sauce...and this place passes with flying colours! We've tried lots of things on the menu over the years and have never been disappointed. They don't have tofu on the menu but if you ask for it, its delicious. Highly recommend!

Great service, great food!!. The staff dealt with an idiotic customer superbly, and my food was as lovely as always!!<br/ <br/ I live a twenty minute drive away, but its the only chinese I'll eat. After working in a local chinese takeway during high school, I'm a bit fussy ;
