I have been in Arambol for 3 weeks and I have been eating at Shantaram 99% of the time. I am French and in Paris we have many incredible restaurants in the raw/vegan food scene. I have also lived in NYC for a while and I can confidently say that Shantaram is the best! I have tried everything on the menu and each meal was like a dream. Everything is prepared with passion, love, and knowledge. The service is great, the space is beautiful, and the atmosphere is cozy. It is a place where you feel good. Do not miss the bruschetta with basil pesto and hummus, the pumpkin soup, the special salad, the penne pesto, and more. Treat yourself! Having the opportunity to eat so well is incredible and I am grateful to be alive for that reason. Thank you so much to the entire team at Shantaram, watching you cook every day was a delight. You are the best!
