Dutch Bros Coffee - Apache Junction

Ppl are very slow they took over 25 min to get my order. They need to hire more ppl. I was only 5 car's behind n 2 ppl at the outside window

Visiting from out of town, used the walk up window and found the young lady who helped us to be genuinely friendly and helpful about choices. Really enjoyed the lemonade and how welcome I felt.

Was having a bad day, needed a treat so stopped for a iced mocha ? only to drive away with a 10.00 coffee, without the mocha. Maybe I'll try a different store another time. Service was great at the window. Just sad the order was wrong.

They took my order, then when I got up to the window, they gave me one of my drinks and waited 15 minutes to get the other one. They didn't give any explanation for it. That was a little bit upsetting.

So disappointed when they told me it's not really mocha in the mocha freezes; it's chocolate milk. Wtf?! Also, the stench that comes from the drive thru window, is horrendous. Straight up smells like they have a full dumpster in there! They're friendly though, so there's that. Dunkin' has better frozen mochas.
