We had to go to the restaurant in front of us. By reading the map of the Oscar, we choose to change our minds. A very warm welcome in a very comfortable setting with tables filled with tablecloths and dishes worthy of a gourmet establishment of good taste comforts our choice when entering. We tasted in this delicious dishes, finely cooked, well presented, accompanied by a very friendly and professional service, Being on vacation in the region, we learn that the managers who provide the service, have just resumed the case in the context of a conversion (shortly successful! We did not regret this superb gastronomic and very pleasant moment, with an irreproachable value in this restaurant in the name well chosen. This opinion fully justifies our enthusiasm to let him know and recommend it in all points Two Bretons and Love, their teckel

Second visit in three months. We love it here! Madame will only speak French. She dismissed a friend who asked for Limoncello with a, "Bouff! Je ne suis pas Italienne!" Superb food, excellent wine list and great service and Madame rules it all with a rod of iron. Don't be put off though. This is a great old fashioned experience but with modern food.
We were a little apprehensive about Oscar's because of my limited French. However, Madame was patient with my efforts and we were able to communicate with gestures and limited words and phrases. Our first meal was really lovely and we were so impressed with it, we decided to come back a few days later. Our host recognized us and was very welcoming. Our second meal was certainly as good as our first, but the restaurant was a little more crowded on our second visit and the service dragged out a little more than we would have liked. We do highly recommend Oscar's as one of the best experiences we had in Antibes. Don't be afraid to go, but it might be helpful to learn a few phrases of French to help get things off to a good start. We chose to sit outside but regretted not going inside on our second visit. The interior is lovely and it is air conditioned (which we were unsure of based on our first visit).
