Today, I ordered a kids meal and was disappointed with my experience. The milk I received was expired 19 days ago on June 29th. I also did not receive my apple slices. When my friend picked up my order for me, they were told that I was given extra chips instead of the missing apple slices, even though I had actually paid extra for the chips I did receive. Additionally, my two coworkers also ordered salads online and both of their orders were incorrect and missing items. One coworker even received a sandwich with the wrong cheese. We chose to order online to make the process easier and less rushed, but unfortunately, that did not seem to make a difference. Despite the presence of a manager and an employee, it was evident that more help and training is needed at this restaurant.

Omg. What a mess. Health department needs to inspect this place. Two kids working there just sitting in the booth when I walked in. No lids over the meats or vegetables. Bugs were flying everywhere over the food. Place needs a thorough cleaning or close it down.

Its always a hit or a miss, it honestly depends on the day. I have had good experiences but I have also had the absolute worst experiences ever especially when ordering on the app I have order on the app and have had to be refunded multiple times one day made my order at 4:30 to be picked at 4:50-5:00 showed up to pick it up at 4:55 and the doors were locked, all the lights on including the open sign and no way to contact anyone I had already payed for the 6-7 sandwiches and was pretty frustrated when I went in the next day and the employee working says I somehow locked myself out yesterday at 3 o 'clock, and my manager lives in Hankamer so I couldn 't just go get the keys from her or call her . Also how does one lock themselves out of a door that has to be locked with from the outside?
