Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baytown

Do yourself a favor and don't stop. Took 15 minutes to screw up the order. They all need to be popped in the eye...

This has to be the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. 1st, during dinner hours they have the main doors locked. So, in a rainstorm you have to walk all the way around the store and go inside thru the drive-thru door to pickup my mobile order. Makes sense. 2nd, absolutely no sauces added to the bag even though I paid for extra and then attitude when I go back to the counter and ask. 3rd, the food was absolutely terrible. Chewy chicken sandwich and then no wings in my box of wings, just bland chewy tenders.

There was a little wait to place my order.. but the customer service was excellent.. the lady at the window asked me if i needed condiments with i really appreciated! food was hot fresh and good!

I stopped here on my way back to Lafayette from Houston to have lunch (I was starving). The cashier who took my order was very polite and patient and I got my food promptly. It was delicious. I will stop by again if I'm ever headed to Houston.

Order online 30min before pickup, then walk inside waitting no one help, then go to drive thru waitting for 30min, my turn at drive thru realized they not even start my order.
