Taco Bell - Amherst

I won't fault the staff for being understaffed, but I had to use the kiosk to order. Unfortunately, another customer came in and disrupted our meal. He was rude, swearing, and aggressively bumped into our table, acting as if we were in his space. The staff were too busy to notice. While most of my food was decent, the shell of my Mexican pizza tasted greasy. We only eat fast food a few times a year, so maybe that's why. I commend the few staff members who were managing the entire restaurant as well as they could.

I enjoy coming to this restaurant. My order is typically accurate and the service is quick. The staff is also very friendly.
