Panera Bread - Amherst

I've had better chicken noodle soup, but the bread bowl was as delicious as always. They forgot the salad dressing, but they gave me two as compensation for the oversight. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch.

I want to give a special shoutout to Kimora (I hope I spelled her name right!) for her outstanding service. I visited on a busy Friday night, and despite the hectic atmosphere, she went above and beyond to assist me with my order. I truly appreciated her patience and her helpful suggestions; it made for a much better experience than I usually have! Thank you, Kimora!

The food was decent, but they mistakenly gave me a turkey sandwich instead of the soup I ordered. The manager was apologetic and offered me a large complimentary pastry, which was generous but a bit puzzling since I just wanted my soup. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean. However, I found it odd that they charge 99 cents for an apple. Overall, it's not a place I would want to visit again.

Ordered delivery for a work meeting. Delivery was earlier and that was great. The order however was missing both tubs of cream cheese for the bagels. Reached out to the location twice with no answer. Had to send one of my employees over to now pick up themissing /paid items on my order. What is the point of delivery if you are not verifying your receipts? Then not answering yourphones for your customers. The location was not busy when we picked up the missing product and sorry would have been a nicegesture for the inconvenience of not verifying the order before delivering. I will not be ordering delivery for my meetings hereagain seeing the attention to detail and the service that should be there for your customers is not taken seriously.

I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats and I am honestly disgusted with how poor and slow the service is at this Panera. The wait times are excessive. Yesterday, I went to pick up an order, and both the manager and workers were actually laughing about howbehind they were on orders. This is not funny. Uber Eats is some people?s only source of income, and the longer you delay us,the more opportunities we miss out on Uber. I understand that some days are slow, but there hasn?t been a single day that thisplace has been on time; I?ve canceled at least three orders due to wait times of 20 minutes or more. It is unacceptable and sois the unprofessional behavior of laughing about how much you?re inconveniencing everyone!!!
