The best BBQ place in Ruidoso! I visited Cutters yesterday, and it was fantastic! I definitely recommend it!

Incredible BBQ! We had the brisket, and it was simply outstanding.

I can't recommend visiting their trailer in Alto unless you're mainly looking for chicken. I've attempted to stop by four times, and each time I was told they had just run out of ribs or that the person in front of me took the last brisket. However, they always seem to have chicken available. This isn't the best way to run a business.

Exceptional catering service! The food was absolutely delicious. We had several professional chefs on hand, all of whom praised the quality of the food and service. I’ve worked with many catering companies, but this team was undoubtedly the most professional and easy to collaborate with. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!
