A real good time. Great family outing. Amazing how they serve a meal to a big crowd in such a short time. Great brisket, applesauce and baked potato. And you can go back for seconds. A fun experience, but there is definitely some sexism at the dinner all women were served the super tiny baked potatoes and all the men were given the full sized and large potatoes. I saw it happening, and heard other women all down my row of picnic benches talking about it too. We women paid the same ticket price and are just as much of adults... why would the man (employee) serving the potatoes think it's ok to give us females the super tiny potatoes that are 1/4th the size of a regular potato. And sure they say you can go back for seconds, but how messed up to make all of the women wait until the entire opera house is served, while our food is getting cold, so we can go back and get another tiny potato to eat with our meal. I saw 3 couples where the guy was giving half of his large potato to his female partner. I cannot express how much this old timey mindset about women bothered me!
