Wendy's - Allentown

Went in to try their new sandwiches. The staff was attentive, the food was fresh, and the dining area was clean.Food: 5/5

This location is the worst restaurant I have been in. I went in to purchase some fries for my kids. I stand in front of the register for at least 10 min. and not even the manager that was making fries ask if I needed help. Than I ask an employee that past by that I wanted to buy fries she just ignored me and walked away. If this type of customer service Wendy’s Resturant haves than I will stop going to their locations. Terrible service I would give it a 0 star but google don’t let you.

This place will never give you hot french fries. And a $10 a pop for one meal their food needs to be better. Better as meaning temperature wise fresher hotter it's never going to happen here.

Wendy's closes at 2 am. Went to get a quick bite and cheap food around 11 pm , after having a very long aggravated day.. Nothing like getting home less the 6 min drive) for a cold double unmelted cheese burger, cold fries, rubber chicken nuggets, and a warm coke... Never again even though it was 5 bucks yet I ordered 3 in total I will never go back. I should of just went home and made a pb&j.

Worst wendy's, very rude people at night in charge , and missed items in my order , this place used to be good couple of years ago.
