Subway - Allentown

Can't follow simple instructions asked for only cheese melted on the chicken and not the bread toasted and low be hold everything is toasted I can't eat it so 16 dollars down the drain bread is to hard

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! It was a bit inconvenient needing a key to access the bathroom, but overall the atmosphere was friendly.

Today, I visited this restaurant in the morning to grab some food. They serve the best sandwiches. However, the customer service was lacking. The Subway employee seemed to be in a rush and was rude when I took a brief moment to decide on my sauces. It was not appropriate for them to speak to me in such a manner.

The older woman (who I assume is one of the owners of this establishment) is so rude! I was in this week and was being helped by this nice young girl who you could tell was definitely new to working there and she was being yelled at by the owner multiple times in front of a busy store over petty mistakes with my order... so unprofessional and embarrassing. won't be coming here again
