Starbucks - Allentown

I had a terrible experience! I ordered my usual caramel latte, but today I noticed a small black spot in my coffee. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was a bug—one I had already taken a sip from. This was extremely careless and absolutely disgusting.

It's not very busy. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a chance. It's better, but please support your local café. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Fast and the drink was ok (they missed the espresso shot when I ordered a dirty chai), but baristas are somehow rude at this place..

I am at this place regularly and it was always my favorite. they were closed for the redesign and it breaks my heart that the new layout they have now is very chaotic and bulky with tables and chairs crowded with these storage cabinets in the lobby. in addition, the tables, floors, bathroom, lobby and behind the counter are always creepy and dirty. I had no problem with the service and the team is still ingenious, but the whole load was an unpleasant dirty slim.

I’m a regular here and I have never had any issues. Today, I went over during the normal business hrs at this location to place a order. It looked closed, which was surprising. I saw a employee walking inside the store front and I politely asked “hey? Are you open?” She smirked and looked down and quickly locked the door. I said hey, I’m sorry I am just curious are you guys permanently closed? and she ran inside and was laughing with all the staff in the store. Instead of answering my question. My daughter is a employee at Starbucks (different location) so I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect. That infuriated me, so rude and lack of customer service. I asked a simple question and instead was laughed at and ignored. Looked like this location was emptying out the store into pods. I will never come back to this location after today. As someone in the service industry, a simple “no we are closed would have sufficed.” Pretending I didn’t exist and laughing as you locked the door was ignorant especially to someone who is a regular here. Your morning crew was awesome! Not sure what happened here.
