Dunkin' - Allentown

The manager is racist who picks on Minors who work underneath her. Today she put her hands in my daughter's face over a work hat! Multiple employees aren't wearing hats! I recommend she gets replaced before she makes another huge mistake bydisrespecting another minor. That child's mother might not be as nice as Me!

Took forever and disnt even give me a straw with my drink ????

The elderly woman taking my order was impolite and ended up giving me the wrong drink despite repeating my order back to me. She also did not provide a receipt for me to fill out a survey for their poor service. Additionally, when I tried calling the restaurant, no one answered. Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst in the area.

I don't know her name, but the person working the drive-thru window on 10/19 at 7:30am was absolutely fantastic. The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and cheerful, but she stood out as exceptional. It was a wonderful way to begin my day.

I adore their food! It's fantastic! Who would have thought that a donut shop could have such amazing food?
