Bidrage med feedbackI went to a pizza place and noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves. When I mentioned it to one of them, he said it wasn't a rule. I told him they should at least wash their hands since they were handling money. Another customer agreed with me as they saw the employees preparing an order right after taking cash from me without washing their hands. One of the employees was even talking on top of the pizza they were making. I was so upset that I left and told them to forget about my order. The other customer did the same. I returned later for a refund and the manager, who was processing my refund around 3:50 pm on 9/13/22, made a comment about going to other restaurants. I and my daughter love pizza, but after this terrible experience, I will think twice before buying from there again. The customer service and hygiene at this place are very poor. They are at risk of losing many customers because I doubt people will want to spend their money in such a place.
I ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza located at 2 E. Susquehanna St. in Allentown, PA 18103 and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The Night Manager appeared to be multitasking by making pizzas and handling cash at the same time without washing her hands in between. She even touched her hair multiple times before proceeding to make pizzas. When I called the store to inform a manager about the unsanitary practices I witnessed, the employee who answered the phone claimed to be a manager and questioned why I wanted to speak with one. I will no longer be dining at this establishment and would give Domino's Pizza zero stars if possible. The lack of hygiene among your staff members is concerning and could potentially lead to someone falling ill. Please address this issue promptly. Signed, a very unhappy customer.
I phoned in an order for a large Deep Dish Meat Lovers pizza, but was told that they only come in medium. I agreed to two medium pizzas instead, but when I received my order, I got two cheese medium pizzas instead. When I called to correct the mistake, the employee treated me as if I was trying to scam them for free pizza. I just wanted what I had originally ordered. The replacement pizzas I received were sloppy and undercooked, they were soggy and unappetizing. I was so unhappy with the order that I ended up throwing them in the trash. I wasted $25 on this disappointing experience and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. #poorservice
Fire this supposed manager immediately! I walked in after waiting 2 hrs for my food. One worker is smoking a vape pen while she is making pizza dough, i ask for the manager she runs to the counter like if she is about to fight. I address the fact theworker is smoking and she says how she doesnt care asks me what my order is with a nasty attitude. Does NOT apologize tellsme to leave the store. I will continue to report this dominos to corporate until she is removed. I am not able to order fromanother dominos due to my location. I want her FIRED. She has no consideration for her customers. Her name is Kaylis Orasio.
If it was up to me they would get one star I placed my order online I was trying to call in to see if my build your own pasta can be made in a bread bowl was on hold and waiting for 11 mins unbelievable. But my kids love the pizza!! ANSWER THE PHONE BEON TOP OR LOSE MONEY
