Algonquin Sub Shop

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Unlike many places where pick-up fries tend to become soft because they pack them too quickly, at Algonquin, they prepare the fries fresh when you arrive for pickup. This ensures that you receive crispy, fresh fries every time. I highly recommend this sub place!

I decided to stop by on a whim after reading the reviews, and I can see why this place has a great reputation for its sandwiches. I also tried the cheesy potato soup, which was delicious. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

If you're tired of the same old name-brand subs, you need to check out the Algonquin Sub Shop for something exotic and delicious! This little gem is easy to miss when driving by, but I had wanted to try it for months before finally having a day off to do so (they're not open when I have time off work). It was an absolute delight, and they even cater to vegetarian diets! The subs are all made fresh by a surprisingly large kitchen team. I can't help but nearly drool when I get the sub in my truck because the aroma has my stomach growling. And don’t forget about the shoestring cheese fries—they’ll have you questioning if Portillo's even stands a chance against this tiny shop!

Always a great place to stop for lunch. They have a massive selection of different sandwiches to try. Service is always quick and friendly and the food is amazing! Thank you for providing a consistently good spot for local grub in Algonquin!

Great little sub shop. The sandwiches are always really good with fresh ingredients and ample portions. The one thing to note is they close at 5, so keep that in mind for dinner.
