This chain continues to keep their standards very high. The food is excellent, the restaurant is clean and the service is excellent. Out server Zvictoria was simply excellent.

Everything was delicious and super attentive staff especially on Mother’s Day! Calamari was overcooked though, but still decent enough to eat. Bang bang shrimp is always the go to!

Bonefish microwave is more like it. I just ate there with my family and we were seated in a booth next to the kitchen in the bar area. We ordered our food and I was watching the kitchen. I noticed that there is one person at the end of the line closest to the dining area that kept putting plastic bags into the microwave, taking them out, cutting one end and putting them on a plate. The servers then removed the bag and threw them into bin under the counter. I now see this microwaved food coming to my table. I ordered Scallop and Shrimp Scampi Filet Mignon, I did not see the Filet cooked but the bag that came out of the microwave was definitely my scallop and shrimp scampi. I complained to the manager and the manager said it is just the vegetables that get microwaved but I did not have vegetables on my order and later the manager admitted that it was the scallop and shrimp scampi that was in the bag microwaved. I don't pay restaurant prices to get microwaved food.

Wonderful as usual! Great Salmon and Pork Tenderloin. Our waitress Nicole was prompt attentive. Love the Brussel sprouts Love this restaurant

First time in this place since is not close to me but we celebrate mother's day with my wife and daughter food was good service and atmosphere very Nice! I recomend it if you live in Algonquin or close by I will try the Shaumburg place next time, since is close to me or come back to this place some time again.
