I had the worst experience with the subway maker, such a horrible attitude and horrible customer service. She really made me feel like she didn't want me to even be ordering there. This was oct.22 4:25 pm. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place for food. But I wish they had soup ready to go. I had to wait. But other then that great services. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Im editing my review because I want the owners to know that I find it absolutely disgusting that you take your tips away from your MINIMUM WAGE workers and line your pockets, I work in maple ridge and occasionally stop in and have asked that store if they keep their tips, and every employee there has said yes, further more, they don't charge for bags, while your shop does. Lastly, its really, really weird that you have some GM or owner or something just sit in the corner all day and dwell, not help your employees, not clean up, not even greet customers, just sit there, in the dark corner, with a coffee, and watch people, and if your employee makes a mistake, big or small, you reprimand them, and do nothing else, like some weirdo dictator. What kind of people run this place? stay as far away as possible, they're stealing tips and controlling their employees with fear and an iron fist. I really hope the owners reach out, I wanna hear what they have to say.

I went here since it opened up every once in a while and it was pretty good. plenty of issues but every subway is like that. very friendly owners and workers. these last 2 months have been quite mixed though. the people working there are not very nice now and the food is slop. even witnessed one of them yelling at a child to be quiet and when they werent making much noise. really want to know if there are new owners?
