Overall, the food is excellent. The service is friendly, and the quality of the dishes is impressive. They do offer a few unique dishes that sound more appealing than they actually taste. Parking is never a problem, which is a plus.

It felt like there was a new chef on duty today. Our main course arrived before the miso soup, which was unexpected. There wasn't much attention given to presentation for my friend's meal; it was simply a roll served with wasabi. Additionally, the dumpling dish could have been wider to make it easier to dip the dumplings.

Situated in a community shopping area, this restaurant offers reasonable prices for Japanese rolls, sashimi, and both ramen and udon. I've heard they’ve been in business for over 10 years.

I've been ordering delicious food from Hirame Brookswood for years, but something was off with my order last night. The tuna sashimi was served on a bed of mixed lettuce, which raised some questions. What happened to the shredded Daikon? Instead, they included some small plastic green decorations that I'm not a fan of. In this day and age, plastic is definitely unwelcome. The tempura batter was bland, and the seaweed wrap on the Spicy Chopped Scallop cone was too chewy. I had to spit out the last bit of the seaweed because it wouldn’t break down. I hope this isn't a trend that continues.
