Mcdonald's - Alcoa

We enjoy McDonald's from time to time. But this one was awful! The staff were rude, and they frowned upon us using the McDonald's App! And our food was horrible! We ordered a 10pc Chicken Nuggets, and a 20 pc chicken nuggets and they were so hard and overcooked that we couldn't eat them. And our fries were cold! Then to make things worse the manager was busy and didn't have time to talk to us. So we left! This is one McDonald's we will never visit again!

Went this morning order hotcakes chicken biscuits 2 hashbrowns and a gravy and biscuit waited over 20 mins for the gravy biscuit. This Mcdonald has went down hill in the last year

Chicken mcnuggets. What else can I say. Staff was very friendly though.

Same thing at this McDonald's is every other one in Pigeon Forge and Knoxville four people standing the window rushing out to go orders leaving customers standing in the lobby and at the cash register for a prolonged amount of time it is really getting

My car needed a jump and it is raining outside so I went inside to ask if someone can help and the sweet lady at the register was nice she asked anyone there including the manager who seems to have a attitude problem ignored the questions the sweet lady ask 3 time and the manager has a attitude I have to be at work at 3 and all I was needing was a jump I even have my own jumper cables
