The Melting Pot Albuquerque

The food is no longer prepared at the table. Cheese fondue was cold and premixed, not fresh. Chocolate fondue was similar to cold Hershey syrup with a spoon peanut butter in the middle. Burner did not warm enough to heat the fondue. This is not the Melting Pot experience of the past.

Food and service were great, but the prices have increased exponentially and the amount of fondue you receive has decreased. We ate the whole fondue without getting more divers, what never happened. Besides, the divers you get are not like what they were earlier. We paid $45 per fondue. Too expensive for what you get. I understand that the economy is now hard, but the prices were astronomical and ridiculous. We won't return, and that used to be my favorite restaurant to splurge.

I asked my friend to marry me. I made her melt. Food was excellent service was terrible. The waitress didn't pay attention to us. She didn't turn on the burner for our fondue. I had to ask her for a drink several times. Every time she came to the table, she quickly spit out what she delivered and then immediately disappeared. I'm very disappointed about it because your Restraunt calculates a premium price. I'm usually okay with it because it includes an excellent service. I was very annoyed and felt like it was ruined, which should be a very special evening for me and my fiancée.

We had a great night our waitress was super helpful!

Food tastes amazing! Only downfall, out of our party of 4, every single utensil was dirty had soap scum on it. Quick fix but shouldn't have to look at the utensils assuming they were already cleaned. Atmosphere was very nice, service was really good, we really appreciated the different types of food.
