Chili's - Albuquerque

What is happy with overall experience Chili's bar and grill but it wasn't happy with how the bathrooms looked I just feel like for it being a restaurant that's really popular the bathrooms were very very dirty toilets have looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a couple of months months

Food was delicious! Our waitress was absolutely amazing! The kids food was done prior to adults but she brought it out to my little ones and was so attentive to our drinks and making sure they were filled at all times. Best service ever.

Date night was awesome! The food was great our Server Austin was very friendly and attentive. The Margarita finished the evening and it was SO good. Thanks Guys!

A good place to eat at Chili's grill and bar for today

I placed a curbside to go order online and was given a pick up time. I arrived 1 min early and they were busy. I saw countless dine in customers and presumably curbside patrons go inside while it's raining. I called twice and on the 2nd time Amanda told me they had a small rush and my order would be right out. Ok...25 minutes later I go in and my order, which has already been paid for with a $5 tip, is on a shelf marked paid, cold as ice cream!!!!! When I am finally acknowledged the to go counter guy weakly mumbles sorry. I am visibly upset and loudly I say oooooooo kkkkkkk. As I walk out, another staff member, presumably the manager says he's sorry and he will talk to them... this is totally unacceptable!!!!! Dillan Jerrod I'm talking to you!!! This is the third time I have arrived at this Chilis after placing an online order and my food wasn't ready!!!!! Next time I wanna eat good in the neighborhood I'm going to Applebee's where they know how to do carside to go!!!!!!!
