Texas Roadhouse - Albuquerque

Second time in less than a month here at this place. both don't paint well. her steak medium is good and it came out burned and my rare and it can be boiled over. that is the same at both visits. the waitress could only be sad. for a steakhouse that costs good money, this is not except the situation. they used to send a manager, but nothing. I think texas roadhouse is in the down. Why can't they get what they order? I didn't think the management would come by and certainly wouldn't ask to speak. they could have said the management. loaded potato soup was never warm or hot. Thank you. steak tasted like leather pieces. that was on a Friday afternoon and not today.

We had a good experience. our waitress was extraordinary. very attentive and friendly. the portions were small, especially for almost $20

Food is really good and prices are good and staff is friendly. The homemade dinner rolls are worth the trip alone! The problem is it's sooo loud. The acoustics are bad and there's loud music and everyone has to talk loud to hear each other over the music so the whole place is just super noisy.

Real talk: back home, Chain restaurants is like giving up on life. But now I know why they thrive! Chain restaurants are Bae in New Mexico. The service was on par. They offer freshly brewed sweet and unsweetened tea. The ribs were dry and not tender. I know Texas Roadhouse can do better. The energy was on another level! Waitresses were line dancing and having a ball. Props to TR for this.

Packed house on a Friday night. We were told 35-45 minutes to be seated. We were at our table with steaming hot fresh bread in under 15 minutes. Our server was fantastic, she throughly went over every menu item we asked about. She was crystal clear about how our food, more specifically our sons food would come out. This made for a more enjoyable experience. All of our food was cooked as requested, i apologize for no photos but everything was delicious. I'm going to look for the paper receipt to add our server's name,(I'm terrible with names) as she deserves some recognition. We will try to dine in more often when time permits.
