Panera Bread - Albuquerque

The experience was fantastic. The previous time I ordered the family feast, the salad bowl was not fully filled, but this time it was overflowing. There was enough for everyone.

We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Instead of the bread bowl we ordered, we received three hard pieces of French bread at an additional cost. There was no refund or apology provided. The portion of Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup we received was only 2 ounces, and it came in a very small container, priced at $12. For the price of $12, we felt that the amount of soup and the quality of the bread were not worth it. We could have purchased three cans of soup and a whole loaf of French bread for the same price elsewhere. The Grilled Cheese was made with a cheese that tasted like Velveeta, which was not enjoyable. The bread was good, but the cheese was terrible. At $10, we felt it was overpriced considering we could easily make a similar sandwich at home with better ingredients. We do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again. This experience is why establishments like this struggle, as the quality and value do not meet customer expectations.

I order staff lunch every Wednesday and one of our favorite restaurants is Panera Bread. Food is fresh and neat.

Turkey Chili bread bowl was horrendous. The beans were all undercooked and cold and the broth tasted weird and watery. The bread bowl came separate and was stale. Ive tried a few sandwiches from here and they have not been good either. Its definitely hospital food, just overpriced.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled or even toasted - it was still white. Additionally, the soup bowl was only half full and cold. I do not recommend ordering from this establishment near closing time, as it seems the staff does not prioritize quality and just wants to close up shop. I wish I could share a picture to illustrate my disappointment.
