Paleta Cafe - Albuquerque

One of the hidden gems that people often overlook is the Paleta Bar in Uptown. I had the chance to meet one of the managers, Claudia, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything. She highlighted how this location stands out from other Paleta Bars by offering donut holes, mini churros, and coffee.

This restaurant offers an impressive variety of around 15 different flavors of paletas. They also feature several protein shake options and a nice selection of fresh fruits to enhance those shakes and ice cream bowls. In addition to desserts, they have a range of lunch items available for those who want a meal. It's a lovely spot to unwind, with a couple of outdoor tables to enjoy. I do miss having the chance to relax here with a protein drink and paleta between 9:00 and 10:00 AM since they now open at 10:00. Nevertheless, it's still a cozy place to savor delightful treats, and I’ll continue to visit whenever I can.

I arrived during open hours, but there was a sign on the door saying they'd be back in 5 minutes. I waited outside for 20 minutes before I had to leave to avoid being late for school.

Customer service was excellent! She was knowledgeable, energetic, pleasant, and quick. The paletas were amazing. You don't want to miss out.

Delicious made to order doughnut holes, and good coffee! On the sweet side for the flavors, which was exactly what I wanted.
