Lobby Dining at the Hotel Andaluz

Ibiza is a bar, no restaurant. the setting is very nice, but again it is a bar and only a limited menu, mainly from tapas. there was no need to go a reservation to this bar as derived from the website. the tapas were kreatiw and tasty, though expensive. the service was ok, not great, with delays at the initial waiting time for significant delays in the purchase of foods that was ordered. it will be a good place to go for a drink and maybe a pre-dinner host, but that's all. Do not accept that it is a restaurant or a complete dinner type site.

It was a busy Friday night and the reservation and the perfect table to get was wonderful. we enjoyed delicious tapas and were able to observe the full moon ascent over the mountains...a very memorable start to the fun date night!

The server was extremely impolite. They did not check if we needed drink refills or if the food was satisfactory. I ordered a medium-rare prime rib, but it came out more medium than rare. My husband's prime rib was much more rare than mine. Overall, it was a negative experience.
