Bidrage med feedbackGood subs and good customer service. Everything is all natural and fresh. Coming from a person that has worked at both Jimmy John's and Subway. Jimmy John's is way more fresher and better ingredients with true natural sliced Meats. Subway gets all their meats in packages. Jimmy John's slices their meat and only keeps it for 2 days maximum before wasting it. Good job Jimmy John's keep up the good work! Especially everyone downtown Albuquerque!
Service and rude “manager” I have ever met. I ordered 6 sandwiches and went in to pick them up. on the way out I asked the young lady at the desk who later identified himself as manager when I asked her and asked if I could add my reward number to the order. She said no, you can't. I said I wish I could add it after the thing. She told me you could go good night? I was taken back and asked her “beexcuse me what you say?” she repeated, “You can go good night! very rude. I asked the two who were present a young caucasian and a young black, what I said and why she says that and when I said something offensive. they seemed uncomfortable and just pointed to them, repeating what she said and I asked for the manager. she said: “I am the manager, now you can go .goodnight” I told her it was very sad and went out. I command jimmy john quite common and never ever felt so disrespected. I was well dressed and paid for my food obedient and simply expected respect.
Never feel the need to go out of my way and review things, but this location is so terrible I couldn't help but feel a need to write this review. Worst staff, no customer service and they will only allow one customer in the building at one time despite state regulations and despite there being five employees behind the counter together. I've watch countless people just turn around and never come back and the staff seems to care less. Total joke would not recommend.
I knocked on the door, and a man claiming to be the general manager came to the door and pointed to the sign. I explained that I had placed an order, and after some back and forth, he opened the door. He asked for my name and told me he would be right back. A few minutes later, he returned with someone named Chris. However, they brought the wrong order; I had ordered six sandwiches. The manager then closed the door and searched for my order only to reappear and say, “We delivered it.” I inquired about where it had been delivered since I hadn’t provided my address. It turned out they assumed I was referring to my previous address based on past calls. Then things escalated quickly. He began yelling at me, saying he was fed up with "angry customers" and claimed he would charge my card. He told me I should never call again and abruptly left. When I knocked again, he opened the door, and I asked him, "Did you really just say that I should never call again?" He affirmed that he was tired of me and slammed the door. I was shocked and frustrated, having waited for my food that never arrived. To make matters worse, when I returned to work, I found out that the driver had actually come by but refused to leave the sandwiches because I wasn't there to sign for them! The general manager got his wish; I will never call him or any other Jimmy John's again after this incident!
They are fantastic! I placed an order at 11:20, and it arrived at my office by 11:31. I was really impressed—the sandwich was delicious, and the bread was fresh! Great job, everyone! I'm definitely sharing your info with all my co-workers!
